Based near Horsham in West Sussex, we encourage and promote traditional and contemporary uses of locally grown timber. All of the trees we use are grown in South East England and come from well managed woodlands or are salvaged from urban tree surgery work.




 
 
 
 
 
 
 
We specialise in the supply of niche timber species that otherwise might be neglected or used simply as fuel wood, and we work hard to salvage timber from interesting urban sources just as much as from traditionally managed local woodlands.

Woodlouse Industries is run by William Wallace, who has over 20 years of experience in tree work, sawmilling and timber supply.

We carry out a wide range of woodland and timber services, and regularly use our mobile sawmill to accurately and efficiently process customers' own trees on site for all uses, to give beautiful and useful timber with the bare minimum of timber miles.

We also sell sawn timber, so if you are looking for tactile timber for character shelving and interior surfaces, chunky beams and posts for construction, or need rustic or crisp contemporary machined cladding for exterior walling, please get in touch.
